Reverse Pick-Up Services:
Enjoy the convenience of our reverse pick-up services. For each order, a nominal reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund, regardless of the number of items within that order.
Multiple Attempts for Pick-Up:
Our courier partners will make two attempts to pick up the returned shipment. In case of unsuccessful attempts, you may need to send the shipment back to our warehouse address.
Return Conditions:
To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that the product(s) are returned in the same condition as they were shipped, with all original tags attached. Please note that if the products show signs of wear or damage, a refund may not be provided.
Refund Process:
We aim to process your return and issue the refund within 7 days. Please note that refunds or bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, store credit equivalent to the amount paid will be provided.
